**Since KAITO had to go into hibernation to save his power, Kaito has taken this week to spend time with Mekaito and Miku.  But now, at long last, the cruise ship is in sight of England! Everyone scurries onto the deck to see the island country in the distance. Together, they smile and laugh, watching it get closer and closer -

- when suddenly enormous pink tentacles lift the whole ship into the air, in order to become eye level with a menacing but kind of adorable face that's rising out of the sea.

Holy. Shit.**

[and Kaito is there - the kraken booming another Who are you? at him. Of course he doesn't quite get it, and he's suddenly feeling a little green]

Little Kaito, don't get rough with it- I think it-

[his thoughts are interrupted by the Captain and Miku storming out. He turns sharply at the sound, but is relieved to see them]

[He seems a little ruffled, but it's mostly because he's agitated. His fur is poofing out a little -- a natural reaction. First thing's first; make sure everyone is okay.]

Are you all right? Steady yourself.

[whirling around like that has indeed made him stumble, so he takes a moment to not fall on his face. And to straighten up.]

I'm fine, I'm doing good...

Do you know what that thing is, Captain?

He thinks he's read about this. Krakens, they shit live fish and cause whirlpools when they swim and they eat sailors for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He's making quite a face.]
