**After the library of doom made Kaito cough his lungs out, our Kaito Team has decided to go back to the city behind the wall. Kaito's illness has gotten much worse due to his weakened immune system and sleeping outside all the time. But now, here they are. He finds himself staring up at the wall with mixed emotions of relief and dread. How in the hell are they going to sneak in?**

Okay. [But it was a really weird noise! Nothing she'd ever heard before. She craned her neck to look past KAITO, just in case, and noticed something that wasn't there before.]

Wait, what's that?

[Mekaitoooooooooooooo! Why would you make KAITO's job harder? ;_;]

Huh? You mean the--?

[Oh, it's caught her attention now. She starts to change directions, walking towards the little doll.]

It wasn't there before, [she says.] It's kind of cute.

[And now that she's close enough to notice...] It looks like Kaito. Does everything here look like Kaito, now?

[PLAY DEAD. He was trying to send this message by making a 'cutting' sign across his throat. That would work, right?]

Mekaito is indeed playing dead but looks scared.**

[She hardly noticed the man making signs behind her. Instead, she ruffled the little doll's hair.]

It reminds me of when we were kids. I wonder when he got this? Do you know?

[Aaaaa why does he look scared? He stops his hand signs and also comes closer -- hopefully to draw her away.]

Recently... I think. S-somewhere around then.

'Recently'? [She shoots him a look before returning her attention to the doll.] You're being vague again. Does this have to do with going outside the walls?

[She put a hand on its cheek.] This isn't fabric... it's cold. What is this?

His eyes involuntarily do that thing where they blink blue for a second.**

[asldkfj she saw that, didn't she. She's looking right at his face.]

[Yes, she did see it and she quickly pulls her hand away.]

What... what is--?

Wait. [KAITO reaches over and forces her to face him, turning her around by her shoulders. He's not usually this bold, especially with another lady, but this is for Mekaito's sake!] Please wait.

You're right... he has something to do with going over the walls. [It really wasn't his place to explain, but someone had to do it.] Kaito's father made him and left him here. That's how he went over the walls. He can move.

[He looked behind Naomi, right at Mekaito. If this was a bad choice, may a terrible virus eat him whole.]

**oh, well - if that's how we're playing it**

Yeah... **he stops standing so still, looking over at Kaito**

[When she turns around to see who was speaking, she can't help but shout in surprise. (Kaito must've been really out cold if he couldn't hear all this noise.)]

It's moving! [Naomi hides behind KAITO. It's sort of an instinct; she doesn't even realize what she's doing right now, only focused on the strange object in front of her.]

How can it move?

Technology, [he says simply.] He was built that way.

[He tries to comfort her.] He won't hurt anyone. He helped Kaito many times. If it wasn't for him... I'm sure Kaito would've had a hard time.

**The sudden crash of his body had, with the help of the others, allowed Kaito to breathe through the coughs again. He was starting to wake up, and started by opening his eyes. ... To see KAITO, and Naomi**

... wha...

**another cough. God, couldn't they STOP for a second? He thought he had been getting better.**

**Mekaito wasn't really sure how to react to people freaking out to him, so he had temporarily frozen his movements again and just stared uncertainly at Naomi. But hearing Kaito's voice, he was immediately distracted from that and jumped to his feet to turn around and see**

**he put his hands on the couch next to him** Do you feel better now??

**he absently gave Mekaito a nod, but quickly went back to looking at KAITO and Naomi. She looked frightened - oh god, what was going on - Kaito felt that he'd somehow screwed up really bad.**

[KAITO also took a step towards Kaito, but hesitated when he remembered Naomi hiding behind him. Well, Mekaito was already there for the master, so maybe KAITO could hang back just this once.]

Are you okay? If you still need to rest, then rest.

I ... I don't know why that happened. I think I ran out of air, something.

Sorry, I guess the cat's out of the bag...

[emptyseat]

[Naomi was silent, earlier, watching everyone's interactions carefully. After a while, the scared look leaves her face. She steps out from her hiding place with a calmer expression.]

I'm sorry I got you worked up, earlier. I think that's what did it.

It's - *cough* - it's not your fault. I didn't expect to have to cover for them so soon, and I really hated lying to you, so...
